Use of these tools is subject to these Terms, GoHighLevel’s terms of service, and any applicable third-party service agreements.

2. Eligibility and Account Ownership

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you:

• Are legally eligible to form a binding contract;
• Are the authorized owner or representative of the entity listed in the account (if applicable);
• Will provide accurate and current information;
• Are not a direct competitor or acting on behalf of one.

If you are accessing on behalf of a business, the business is considered the account owner.

3. Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform and Services only for lawful, authorized purposes;
• Avoid prohibited uses such as spam, reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access;
• Ensure all customer communications comply with laws like TCPA and CAN-SPAM;
• Implement your own Terms and Privacy Policy for your customers;
• Maintain control over your login credentials and sub-accounts;
• Not advertise or resell the Platform below GoHighLevel’s minimum advertised price (MAP) without approval.

4. Payments and Fees

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Fees may include:

• Platform usage or license fees
• Communication surcharges (SMS, voice, email delivery)
• Add-on services or integrations

All payments are non-refundable. Wallet balances must be managed actively. You are solely responsible for taxes, refunds, and customer billing.

5. Third-Party and White-Label Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun, People Data Labs) as part of our offering. You must:

• Obtain any necessary consents from your customers
• Abide by all third-party policies and laws
• Accept sole responsibility for your resale and white-label usage of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site or provided through the Platform is the property of Maziply Inc., GoHighLevel, or their licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Claim affiliation with GoHighLevel
• Use the Platform to violate third-party IP rights

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or applicable law. Termination includes revocation of access, removal of branding, and potential data loss. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by written notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months. We are not liable for:
